How Long Does It Take To Install a Stairlift?

The complexity of your Stairlift will determine the length of time to install. Most Stairlifts take between 2 to 4 hours

Are Stairlifts Easy to Operate?

Our Stairlifts carry worldwide safety certifications. They come with automatic safety sensors that will immediately stop the lift if anything is detected in its path. For maximum safety, they come with seat belts.

What is The Average Life Expectancy of a Stairlift?

If maintained properly, a Stairlift will last approximately 10 to 15 years, depending on how often it is used.

Does Medicare Cover The Cost?

No, Medicare does not cover the cost. They do not view a Stairlift to be “medically necessary.”

If I Have a Unique Staircase Will a Stairlift Fit?

Stairlift models are designed to fit both standard and narrow staircases. Their flexible designs fit curved stairs, stairs with landings, spiral staircases, and multi-story staircases.

What Happens If I Have a Power Outage?

Our Stairlifts operate on battery power. If the power goes out, the lift will continue to work for up to 10 round trips. When your Stairlift is parked the power supply should remain switched on at all times so the battery will continue to charge. This ensures maximum battery availability when the power goes out.
